PS4 Pro and Xbox One X offer a lot for their price, but I would rather go for PC any day of the week.

The crazy thing is for me i was against the pro because im still waiting for 1080p 60 fps. But once i seen GoW 4 and heard about getting the best out of it with a pro i said fuck it im getting one but then i said "no 4K tv so wtf" then they added the Supersampling mode to it and tbh i was still like theres no way it could look better on a full HD screen and boy was i wrong. If you really pay attention you see the vast 1080 improvement so i can only imagine what a 4K screen would do for my pro. Best 400 i spent. Its a great system, its faster, and works harder (which could be louder than the base 4) and i barely notice framerate dips even in big action scenes or whatever. I give the pro a 9/10

My how time changes things. The X is out now, and the Xbox One S 500Gb is only $239, while the PS4 Pro is still $400.

The problem is that Sony marketed the PROgresso as a 4k machine. ..they should of just said. ..it's just a little better than the original

And here we are, a year later, the pro is still $400-350, the slim is as low as $200, and same for the S.

There is a bunch of morons thinking Xbox One X will be equivalent to a 480, I just wonder how is it even possible if the Pro already is? And the XB1X is faster. So it is safe to say it'll be around 1070 like performance level.

can you please help me understand why fallout 4 is running such a terrible LoD on PS pro? I have tried everything and now it is worse; I actually saw PN triangles, vectors of an image? is that my processor? I couldn't handle the low framerate already but it seems worse now. . it's suggesting it is running 4k 2160 and fallout should now be pushing 1440 native, I have less than 20 fps, that's what I would say

in other hand or so ^_^ console ps or xbox doesnt metter, with their price u play games where u need insane strong pc wich costs 1k+ just case build, and quality monitor wich is 12k bucks… so πŸ˜€ first games comes for consoles than for pc's πŸ˜€ even if that is 1080p resolution consoles run's on that resolution wery high settings every game, for pc u need 600+ cash graphic card and u need to chose proccesor wich will pull all out from the graph card πŸ˜€ so what we talking about πŸ˜€ 4k or not it is just resolution for more details, 1080p and 60fps is enought for humans eye 40-43 inches tv perfect size and u play latest game wich needs insane card to get max of it on the screed just with 400dollars πŸ˜€ its funny but true πŸ˜€ but pc is pc πŸ˜€ its not called fornothing console for games its for games pc needs strong graphic cards and cpu for other jobs like some enginering programs u need to have 1080ti gtx graph and i7 7000 series πŸ˜€ so pc is not just for games, cheapest variant for just games is console, but that is just for gaming πŸ˜€ pc u must everytime to uplade new softvare coming every month for programs to update and program becomes more heavy and more to be used on consoles u dont have that crap, its not windows windows like pc windows πŸ˜€ its just library were u got games, folder for movies, pictures music, internet browser wich is easier program for pc than chrome πŸ˜€ so console is basicly like iphone πŸ˜€ works with no lag, only difference newer games when comes u cand play if they dont make them playable for older consoles, but pc just play till ur graph card or cpu cant follow max and replace them πŸ˜€

The PS4 Pro is a unconventional and unorthodox machine. Unlike it's competitors, the PS4 Pro has a beefier specs for it's price. So far it's doing well. Awesome console

at this point PC is cheaper. games cheaper, 4k somewhat cheaper. HDR no idea.

but like really I want a console that can offer a solid 1080p 60fps gaming situation, and then later down the line 1440p or whatever happens with processor tech. I don't want 4k 30fps, a 4k tv starts at around Β£500 anyway so like you'd be spending to much already then consoles games are just stupidly priced. come on sony and xbox do it right. I own an xbone s and ps4. also gaming PC but i like to be in a console situation sometimes.

Just a question which anyone can answer, I am considering buying a 4K TV for Christmas, I have a PS4, not a PS4 Pro, because PS4 games run at 1080p, is there a point in me getting a 4K TV when I only have a PS4? Just because if my normal PS4 games won't go up in resolution, then a 4K TV would be a slight waste of money.

Hi guys i want to say that you are comparing sony's mid gen console with xbox's next gen console.so do you think ever that sony boosts its power from 1.84TFlops to 4.20TFlops in a mid gen console upgrade whereas ms uses 6 tflops of power in an next gen console.who knows what things sony can do.sony can also give the ps5 10 or 12 tflops of power in an affordable price.so at last i want to say go and buy the ps4 pro and play with it till sony's next gen console will come.

I have a question that I can't find an answer to. Since the Pro is focusing on resolution, what's going to happen to the games that get a pro patch that are already 1080p 60fps? Will they downgrade to 30fps but at 4K?

Keep the visual fidelity…that of the ps4 and increase frame rate, and I might just use the ps4 pro a little bit more than my pc…IF, big if, if the input lag isn't bad, I hope it's not that bad…all consoles suffer from it, I'll have to wait and see.

In terms of performance to price it seems very good. But I would have preffered 1080p 60fps or 1440p 60 fps. Not many people even have 4K monitors/tvs as well. I feel like the PS4 Pro came out a year or two too early.

There's a lot of tricks that can be done to get better resolution. PCs have a time running games at 4K. Know you watch how Devs put in time to get every bit of 4K out of consoles. It's sad cause these consoles can't do 60fps at 1080p now. How in the world will they give you 4K at 60fps

I like how Devs go in and cater to consoles by changing games in a update to run better on the newer consoles. PC has games that are shit ports from Devs. A lot of the time Moders have to fix they're mess up. This is just console parity
