I find it strange that they are making all these Granblue spinoff games but we still have to jump thru hoops and play the Japanese mobile game translated in English. You would think they would want to make it as easy as possible to reach new mobile players to build excitement for these new games, I would have never known what it was or how to play if I hadn’t done a days worth of research after watching this trailer.
The fact that this is PS4 only (as i'm posting this) pains me to no end. And having basically every other arcsys game on PC doesn't help.
All I know is Vira and Narmaya better be in this game too. This is non-negotiable.
I can already tell that day 1 the chibi girl will be the most BS hated online character. This is just the way the world works. Looks neat though, I'll keep an eye on it.
so will this be a real fighting game like xrd and cp or is it gonna be the 2 button mash A for pretty combos hot garbage that was cross tag?
Excited about this game (huge fan of the Granblue artstyle) but the trailer edits are so mediocre. Could be any cell-shaded JRPG.
First: Guilty Gear Xrd Sign (and all the Xrd versions)

I love this 2d-3d graphics.
(plus, i love to see Danua, but i don't think that she appears [sad face])
the rpg version was better than this fighting versus =/ the combat system too bỏing and its only 24fps
Coming from Arc System Works… this game will definitely be a game to play.
There's a lot of character combat styles they can use but Rosine is gonna be top tier.
Look so cool, if only i am into fighting game, will wait for RPG version of it.
Not super into Granblue, but the medieval aesthetic looks so sick in a fighting game.
I've never played GranBlue, I have no interest in that mobile game.
But ArcSys, you make it tempting. Keep it up with these FighterZ styled games and I'll be destroyed trying to balance too many fighting games.
Between this and kill la kill the game, it's nice to see arc systems getting out there more.
